What is the Yoga Outreach 21 Day Yoga Challenge?

The 21 Day Yoga Challenge – Oct 14 to Nov 3 – is your chance to help people in your community experiencing significant challenges caused by mental health, trauma, abuse, poverty or addiction. Without Yoga Outreach’s volunteer-led classes, most would have no access to the life-changing tools of self-regulation and connection they learn in trauma-informed yoga classes. 

Register and commit to practicing Yoga or meditation every day for 21 days. Ask your friends and coworkers to support your commitment to making well-being accessible to everyone. Raise $250 (or more!) by asking for donations, or by recruiting 9 friends to register with you. 

At the same time that you’re increasing accessibility for everyone, you’ll be transforming your own mental and physical health. Imagine how you’ll feel after 3 weeks of daily practice alongside a community of people who care as much as you do. 

That’s what Yoga Outreach is all about. Transforming lives through yoga, service and community. Please join us for the Challenge between Oct 14 and Nov 3. We’ll have live and recorded classes every day to support your practice!
