A six-week series of mindful, slow movements shared in a way that may feel more comfortable for neurodivergent folks, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety and other conditions.
Lots of predictability, quiet interludes between cues, and opportunities to make choices about pace and intensity. Stimming welcome!
There will be time for sharing experiences and asking questions at the end of each class.
