    A six-week series of mindful, slow movements shared in a way that may feel more comfortable for neurodivergent folks, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety and other conditions.
    Lots of predictability, quiet interludes between cues, and opportunities to make choices about pace and intensity. Stimming welcome!
    There will be time for sharing experiences and asking questions at the end of each class.

    April 10th will draw from Michelle's book Finding Refuge. This immersion is for yoga teachers and practitioners, spiritual practitioners, activists, and organizers. This immersion is for people who want to build intentional community and authentic relationships with others.  It will include asana and meditation practices, pranayama, ritual, journaling, self-reflection, small and large group discussions, and more!
